Sendio is an intermediary platform that helps clients, companies, and workers discover each other, compare public information, and communicate with more clarity and safety.
Sendio does not act as an employer, contractor, agent, payment holder, insurer, legal representative, or party to any agreement between users, unless a specific official Sendio service states otherwise.

User agreements
Any service agreement, price, appointment, delivery time, warranty, payment, refund, cancellation, or dispute remains the responsibility of the client and the selected company or worker.
Users should communicate clearly, verify information before making decisions, and keep their own records of agreements, payments, and service details.

Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for choosing providers carefully, reviewing public profiles, ratings, reviews, service details, and confirming any agreement directly with the provider.
Clients should not submit false reviews, abusive messages, spam, misleading requests, or illegal content through Sendio.

Company and worker responsibilities
Companies and workers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, services, media, contact details, availability, prices, promises, and communications with clients.
Providers must not publish misleading information, unsafe content, fake media, abusive material, or services they are not allowed to offer.

Reviews and ratings
Reviews and ratings are intended to help users make better decisions. Logged-in users may review providers according to the platform rules.
Sendio may moderate, hide, or remove reviews that appear abusive, fake, misleading, duplicated, illegal, or harmful to the platform or its users.

Payments
Unless an official Sendio payment or protection system is clearly provided for a specific service, payments are handled directly between the users involved.
Sendio is not responsible for money exchanged outside an official Sendio payment system. Users should be careful and verify agreements before paying or accepting payment.

Sendio may allow companies or workers to promote their profiles, services, or advertisements. Ads help visibility but do not guarantee quality, availability, results, or client satisfaction.
Sendio admins may pause, reject, reactivate, or remove ads that violate platform rules or create risk for users.
